Great staff, but noisy rooms during fiestas. Wi-Fi only works outside.

I loved the unique balcony with a breathtaking view and enjoyed some delicious meals at their lovely restaurant during my stay. They had live music sometimes, which was a nice treat for relaxation. The only thing I noticed was that getting the water temperature in the shower just right was tricky, but it didn't ruin my overall experience! 🌟

Recommend it for families who want fun
The location was very nice right on the Zocalo! The chaos and life outside. Plus, the staff were super helpful, always ready to give advice on where to grab a bite or explore, just what we needed.
It wasn’t cheap but definitely fair for what we got.

Amazing location and friendly staff!
I had a wonderful experience during my stay, primarily due to the perfect location right on the Zócalo. The staff was exceptionally welcoming and always ready to assist with any inquiries. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a beautiful view of the plaza, but the noise from nearby events could be disruptive at times.

central oasis for exploring vibrant oaxaca and its attractions
I loved how the hotel offered an amazing central spot for people watching and even allowed me to enjoy the festive processions from the balcony during my stay. Plus, it was just a few steps to the Zocalo and the Mercado Benito Juarez, making it easy to stroll through the city and soak in the local atmosphere.

This hotel boasts a prime location right in the heart of the historic center, ensuring convenient access to various attractions. The staff is incredibly supportive and friendly, always ready to assist in English. While the facilities were clean and the shower was fantastic, noise levels from nearby events can be bothersome, especially for light sleepers. Additionally, parking is a bit tricky, being a few blocks away, and the on-site restaurant didn't seem appealing for breakfast. Overall, the experience was enjoyable but could benefit from improved soundproofing.

Staying at this hotel was excellent. we loved beginning our mornings with coffee on the patio overlooking the zocalo. The breakfast was super tasty, especially the fresh fruit. The staff ensured our service dog was catered to, making our family stay hassle-free.
In my wife’s opinion, more soundproofing in the rooms would be beneficial for families with kids.

It was just a fitting option for a fleeting stay in Oaxaca with high value for money. The service was friendly and helpful during my stay. Try to ask for a room facing away from the Zocalo if you prefer quiet at night.
